Not only are they knowledgeable about the current market conditions or Real Estate in general, but they both have a sincere willingness to help. They were able to answer all of my questions, offered great advice, based on their experience, and made the sale of my home a smooth transaction. I was kept informed throughout each stage of the process and was never made to feel as if I were an inconvenience to them when I called with questions. They went to bat for me when necessary and kept my best interest in mind at all times. I cannot thank them enough as they turned what was previously a bad experience into a positive one for me!
Lisa came by our house on a Sunday to accommodate our schedules. She did the market research and determined what the price should be. She had her ad campaign in place within a week and house was listed. We had multiple showings and were under contract in thirteen days.
