Lisa did a fantastic job from the beginning up to and through the closing. She was extremely helpful and even worked with a Town Official regarding getting things accomplished at the house after I was no longer on site. Lisa always kept me well informed and up to date on progress throughout the entire process. of marketing, showings and the actual sale and brought a firm offer after only a couple of weeks on the market! I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a realtor in the area and it was always a pleasure to work with her. I felt as though I was working with a good friend!

Lisa Caron did an outstanding job in all aspects of selling our house. She met with us initially and helped us determine how to best prepare the house before putting it on the market. Once it was put on the market she quickly and thoughtfully set up a plan for advertising the property and immediately showings were conducted. Her impeccable communication with us and concern for details throughout this process led to a quick and happy sale for both us and the buyer. She expertly held our hands through the sale process and eliminated all stress for us. No question of ours was too small or unimportant to her. She was great at handling every aspect of the sale of the house. We truly were lucky to have found her and had her as our realtor.

Always took my calls and was patient with my questions This is an old house that was not modernized in any way and Lisa was confident about her ability to sell that was helpful.

Lisa was great! She explained everything from beginning to end and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. She was very responsive and I would recommend Lisa to anyone.

Lisa was excellent in handling our sale of our home. Would highly recommend her to everyone. Very knowledgeable of area and market conditions. Lisa was always in contact with us letting us know was going on every step of the way. If you are selling or buying, give Lisa a call, you won't regret it.

Lisa was more then patient with the many problems we came up against...she was super knowledgeable and informative...This was the forth time I have sold properties and she was by far the best agent I have used..I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends

We were impressed with Lisa's sales presentaton and the efficiency with which she pulled it together. Our home was unique in the area, and she led us through the sales process in a professional and timely manner. The sales printed brochure that Lisa designed was excellent and the realtor's website video was also very good. Lisa brought in a top-notch photographer who came with a drone and other high-end equipment, so the pictures were excellent and represented the home and property in a very positive way. Lisa was a delight to work with. Throughout the open house and showings, Lisa always reminded us ahead of time, and then let us know when the showing was finished. She always followed up with feedback. Lisa is knowledgeable of local market trends and in every aspect of the real estate process, which she communicated to us, her clients, in both a professional and friendly manner. Danielle substituted for Lisa for the closing period, and she did a wonderful job as well. I would recommend Lisa as an excellent realtor.
