Lisa Burkemper and her staff were incredibly helpful and professional in the sale of my house. In fact they explained every step in the process to me and made it so easy to understand all the paperwork involved. From the minute Lisa walked into the house I felt at ease as she suggested a listing price and showed me her reasoning for that price. Of course it was up to me to select the final asking price. Any documentation Lisa's staff was able to get it for me. Lisa made sure to list the house in several places and so we had a full schedule of potential buyers already lined up for viewing the house the first week. Well as it turns out my house was sold on the first day!!! I had to move out of state before closing. All the documentation was sent to my and I could overnight all the signed documents in time for closing. If you are thinking of selling a house run don't walk and hire Lisa Burkemper to help you out!
