Wow! We truly cannot use enough wonderful adjectives to describe our experience with Lisa. Lisa Briganti is an incredible realtor and if you are serious about buying a house, SHE is the realtor you want. My husband and I drove back and forth from Charlotte for at least a month in search of the right house. The market is tough right now but Lisa didn't waiver. She was up for any showings she could book and always had time for us. Sometimes she would have to step away for an hour or so to go to a closing and then we would pick up where we left off. She was always quick to respond and always available for questions. We gave this home search everything we had and so did Lisa. As first time homebuyers in a brand new area Lisa was a godsend. If we ever decide to move/sell, she will be the first one we call.

Very professional. Lisa knows how to win the contracts in this crazy real estate market. After working with another agent with no luck with 6 offers we decided to get a new realtor. So glad we did, it only took showing us one house and being able to know how to write the winning offer with multiple offers coming in. Chris was very helpful also while Lisa was out of town.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with. She worked with my schedule when I was out in SC visiting and was able to fit in multiple site visits. Then when I came back, she narrowed the search down to homes that had what I like and wanted in my next house. Lisa always had a smile on her face and I felt comfortable contacting her with any question(s) that I had with always a quick response. My wife and I enjoyed our experience with Lisa and we would do it all over again with her.
