Lisa Brouck , was impressive when first thing she checked manufacture date and service dates, of the Water Heater. A/C, and other appliances. She took her time to explain all the paperwork, and made arrangements to meet us at our convience. she explained all the closing process to us prior to closing date. we have already reccomed Lisa to family and friends all ready.
