Excellent negotiator with honest feedback! Lisa is top notch, not only with negotiating the best deal possible with other agents but also giving an honest opinion that take her client's best interest at heart. Making sure I was comfortable with the important long term decision I was making was more important to her than other agents whose driving focus is making the best commission for themselves with painfully obvious upselling.
