This was our second time using Lisa as our real estate agent, this time on the selling side. Lisa made the process seamless. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the selling process and was very quick to answer all our questions. In addition to the selling process, Lisa is well connected! We had hail damage to address and she got us connected with a local company to fix the hail damage quickly. We would use Lisa again in a heart beat if we stayed in MN! Using her both on the buying and selling side - we now know a lot about the process and would trust her with any house we have moving forward! This process was hands down of the best processes we’ve experienced and she coached us through each obstacle very incredible detail, what to expect next and was there for every step. We moved from FL to MN and I personally had never even been to MN. Lisa knew a lot about all the Minneapolis/Saint Paul surrounding areas and really took in everything we were thinking about. Her net started off wide and she narrowed it down for us with ease. Lisa had us setup like a kid in summer camp. Throughout the week showings were scheduled and arranged by travel time and took into consideration our work lives. I mean she had it nailed. She had wonderful tips and tricks for us as newcomers to MN weather and how to maintain our new home going forward. She also laughed at all our lame jokes so that alone gets her points ;P If we can convince any of our friends to move out here, we will absolutely tell them to call on Lisa.

Lisa worked with us throughout the process of cleaning out our family home and preparing it for listing. She went 'above and beyond' to secure vendors and connect us with necessary services to streamline the process and dispose of gently used items in ways that met our goal to reuse and recycle. When it finally came time to list our home for sale, she handled all aspects of the process and involved us when needed. Since we moved into a new house before the sale, her attention to detail and energy helped ensure our property moved quickly from listing to contract to purchase. This was very important to us since we had many details about our new home that required our attention. This being the fourth house I've bought and sold, I thought I was well versed in the process. This one was definitely the most complicated experience I have had. There were complications and mis-steps throughout the process, right down to the closing meeting. Throughout, Lisa helped me to be calm and rational. She explained all of the "special circumstances" that were coming at us and how to navigate them. Lisa really is a GREAT realtor!!
