Lisa's new catch-phrase, "Relax, it's handled", is descriptive of her style of selling houses. Any issue, large or small, that we encountered in selling our house was taken care of. Because of her experience, she was able to identify issues and anticipate problems so she had a jump-start on solutions. Thanks to Lisa and her team, we were very comfortable to go through the selling process from a distance because we knew that everything was being taken care of. The whole process went through smoothly and we were kept up-to-date all the way through so there was no anxiety.

She did an excellent job in the preparation of putting our house on the market that we were able to really relax by the time the open houses started. The preparation also paid off as we have a majority of packing done. Her customer service is excellent as she was able to meet with us on our schedule and even came to our work to have papers signed to make deadlines. It was great experience and she is very professional.
