Lisa is very sharp, personable, helpful and professional. The experience involved in repairing my rental house prior to putting it on the market was something I hope she never has to go through again. But she did it with flying colors. I live in Washington state and did not use a rental management agency, so without her help it would have been very difficult to oversee the incredible amount of work involved. It turned out that the house was in much worse condition than either of us realized and it seemed to take forever to fix everything. She lined up contractors, got bids, let repairmen in, inspected the work, etc. I offered to give her additional compensation beyond the regular sales commission but she refused. Once the house was on the market she sold it in a matter of days.

Lisa did a fantastic job from start to finish, It just does not get any better. Listed , performed open house (number of times), all paper work went smooth, very professional.
