We had Lisa come out initially to give us an estimate of what we should ask for a selling price on our home. She was extremely thorough with her walk through and had ideas for simple selling tips. She had someone who she knew of who was interested in a home just like ours. Because of this we never had to "list" our home. She was readily available by phone or e-mail or text and prompt to reply. As stressful as selling a home can be she made it seem manageable. You want someone like Lisa in your corner!!
