She prevented wasted time by weeding out homes that didn't meet our needs. We arrived from out of state and Lisa's knowledge of the area and the real estate laws assured us of a smooth process. There could have been a few hold ups but Lisa's attention to detail, from the purchase agreement to closing, provided us with a flawless transaction.
