When we contacted Lisa, she listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we asked for. She made suggestions and gave us access to her site which had the house parameters we specified. Lisa helped a lot with the inspection. She knew what to look for that may create a future issue for us. She looked over the closing contracts and made sure what we discussed with the Lender was what we saw on the contract. In closing there was a fee that we were oblivious to us that she pointed out to the Lawyer but he showed her where it was deducted on another page of the closing documents. Lisa is always available to us. She is a fun and exciting person. She was very knowledgeable about the market and types of homes we were looking for. She knows how to communicate well and is very professional yet fun with her Clients. She is confident and not a push over, so she represented us very well. Highly recommended. We have recommended Lisa to one of our neighbors and we plan on using her again we are ready for our Investment properties.
