Lisa Benedict was simply outstanding, as a realtor and "hands on... lets get this property ready for listing! Prior to this listing, we sold two homes within past 10 months, both with property managers. In short, the property manages should take lessons from Lisa, as she did more to facilitate the sale in her spare time then they did as a primary function. Had the sales been in reveres order, the other two property managers would have been relieved of their employment without hesitation, based on Lisa's performance as the standard. 5 stars-- I live in Ohio and was in-charge of selling my sister's family house In Jacksonville when my brother-in-law suddenly died. The property needed considerable over-due maintenance. Lisa managed contractors' improvements and then listed & sold the property at a fair price, while I remained in Ohio. She went way beyond the expected realtor's responsibilities to help us. She was the best of the best. Definitely 5 STARES !!!
