We have had many real estate agents over the years. Sometimes multiple for one house transaction! We began to feel like we could find a unicorn before we found a good agent. In fact, we found Lisa because she went above and beyond in helping our mother-in-law's agent who was late and didn't show on time. She then went with us to the next house, and was honest and clear about how she was only helping. When it was time for us to purchase a house we knew who we wanted to call. She was with us every step of the way, keeping us updated and sending us all the details we would normally forget (from pool maintenance, insurance, and leases!) She sent us our house listing which was a tad over budget, but it was PERFECT and beautiful and even though I told her it was too much, she said she would make it happen. AND SHE DID! Under budget and in record time. I seriously cannot thank her enough. We highly recommend her :)
