Although my full time residence is near Madison, WI, I am the broker/owner of Flat Fee Pros, LLC in both the Las Vegas,NV and South Central Wisconsin markets.
My career in the housing industry began as a lender in the Madison, WI area. After many years in Wisconsin, I continued my lending career in Las Vegas. I have a love for both cities and the people in them.
It is my ties to both cities that has afforded me the opportunity to bring a new approach to the flat fee real estate concept by offering an all inclusive listing price of $599. There are no "ala carte fees" for additional services.
We offer buyers money at closing, in fact, I personally shared $70,000 in real estate commission with my buyer clients in 2018! This is accomplished with a buyer rebate program. As soon as you close on your home, your check is ready for you.
