Lisa was on the ball from the start. We had another realtor when we started the process of looking for a home, after a few days of being unresponsive we switched to Lisa. Needing to truly hurry since we were moving from out of state Lisa jumped. She found houses even went and did several live video tours for us and gave us the run down of the area.
