Lisa was very expedient in showing the property, pointing out all the advantages & disadvantages of the property. She gave us recommendations for inspections. We used one that she had used before and was completely satisfied with quality of the inspection (above & beyond). She also contacted seller to have item(s) requested to be repaired, which were done very expedient. She also gave us the information to have utilities activated. All in all she was very energetic in accomplishing things from start to finish. Highly recommend her.
