AMAZING! We had an excellent experience working with Lisa to sell our house and purchase our current home. We had difficulty selling last fall with a different realtor and decided to mix it up and work with Lisa this time around. She had such a fresh perspective and so many ideas for making our home stand out and get people in the door. From the staging, to the photos, to marketing and showings, everything went perfectly. She helped us decide from the FOUR OFFERS that we received within THREE DAYS, several OVER ASKING PRICE! Then it was on to finding our new home. We went to a few open houses but didn't seem to find anything we were in love with. Lisa found a home that we had originally passed over (pictures are everything people!) and added it to the list of private showings we'd do. WE LOVED IT! It was everything we wanted.
