This is our second time working with Lisa and my husband and I couldn’t be more pleased. Lisa is kind, always available, very easy to Communicate with and most importantly guided us through the home selling process with ease. Selling our home could have been more stressful and difficult especially during this pandemic, but with Lisa's experience and guidance, selling our home was a challenge she took head on and we say , Thank you! Lisa never fails to go above and beyond for her clients, which is why we will be coming back to her again! She is like family, from helping buy our first home , to selling it and now to buying our second! We knew the second we decided to list our home who we would call. We needed to sell our mom's house and my siblings and I all live in different states. Lisa did a wonderful job of using the phone, e-mail and texting (whichever we preferred) to answer our questions and walk us through all the paperwork. She was patient, knowledgeable, and asked for our opinions. She never tried to push us into making decisions but when we asked for her opinion and told her to use her professional knowledge, she did an excellent job. If I lived in Southern California, I would recommend Lisa to all my friends.
