Lisa was beyond amazing! I never thought buying a home for the first time could be so easy and barely stressful! She went beyond out of her way to make sure this was smooth sailing and explained anything and everything to us! Her communication skills were on point, i would definitely recommend she writes a book(s) so more people can be inspired to be just like her! Even with some of the complications we had towards the end, I never felt like I was in this situation by myself, she was by my side like she’s been apart of my family from the beginning! If anyone needs a realtor I highly highly recommend going with Lisa!!!

I had no idea Florida insurance costs vary widely depending on the age of the roof on a home, but, she did. Lisa is very personable and listens to what you want. It felt as if I’d known her all of my life. We were very comfortable with her ability to weed out homes that wouldn’t suit our needs. That saved us a tremendous amount of time and aggravation. When she found the one we ultimately bought, she sent me a single sentence text…”I found it”. We are so happy in our new home! Many thanks to Lisa. Lisa Alford is amazing! She found us our dream home....got us an awesome deal, and also sold our former home in a 55+ community last December. We were impressed at how she took charge, coached us thru getting an amazing deal on the new house.....and listing/staging/selling our former house. It was rather a whirlwind for us (ALL in the month of December)....and we could not have done it without her knowledge, contacts, and ability to keep it all smoothly and calmly under control.
