She has many resources in her network and clearly is experienced in negotiations, town requirements, permit compliance, etc. she was fully committed to making my sale happen even under difficult circumstances. My husband and I interviewed four realtors in connection with selling our home. Lisa was the last one to be interviewed and she blew us away with her professionalism. She came prepared, knew the community including the history of the North Shore Beach Property Association. Presented a brochure which had many homes in and around where we were located. Added a photo of our house with a caption that read ‘Coming Soon.’ With pencil and pen in hand she walked around outside and inside , asked questions, jotted down notes in order to accurately describe and give interested people a full picture of the home. Her knowledge and negotiation skills sold our home in three days. Highly recommend Lisa she loves her work and it shows.
Being a first-time homebuyer was a very intimidating experience. I found out about Lisa through a first-time homebuyer's seminar given by Suffolk Federal Credit Union where she did a presentation and answered questions. I immediately contacted her and now own my first house. Right after making first contact, Lisa provided me with a bevy of information as to what I should expect and do as a first-time homebuyer. She was also very aware of the current market, which was crazy because of the COVID restrictions having just been eased in NY. She made sure we were moving quickly, finding potentials and getting viewings so as not to miss out. During our viewings, she was careful to address the things I was looking for in a home, while also pointing out potential problems and things to be addressed by the seller prior to closing. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about pricing and how many things were going for over list which helped me almost get one house and then secure another with an accurate bid over list. During the home inspection and final walkthrough, I really felt like Lisa was my advocate the whole time. She was pointing out things I would never have found, pushing back on the selling agent when needed, and making sure I was completely comfortable with everything before signing off on anything. I am definitely happy with my decision and the services Lisa and her assistant Annesha who helped a lot as well, especially being a (former!) first-time homebuyer. I just wish she had a mortgage company too!
