Lisa was recommended to my wife and me via a mutual friend. I have had lukewarm dealings with real estate agents in the past, and I hoped that Lisa (since she came recommended) would be different. Over the next few weeks (even through her vacation in Maui), she check in daily with the other agents and us to keep us up to date on the progress and called immediately a few weeks later when the home became available. Through the escrow process, her expertise and experience was invaluable as she could answer all of our questions and keep us on schedule and excited for the new home. We're now in our dream home and have no complaints with the home or the buying process thanks to Lisa!
