Lisa was very patient with all our questions and understanding of concerns. She was a great communicator, very helpful with finding repair people and doing all she could to sell the home. She never quit or gave up. We are grateful for her hard work and perseverance in selling our home.

Lisa first handled the sale of my son & daughter-in-laws home and it was under contract within about two weeks. We then contracted with Lisa to handle the sale of our home. I must say, the picture display of our home was outstanding. The house went on the market about 15 August 2018. She found an ideal family who offered to buy, contingent upon the sale of their home. Considering I was undergoing several medical procedures that extended our stay in Texas, the match was ideal. Our buyer had at least two offers, one of which failed. Lisa kept the contract alive and we came to a closing on 13 December 2018. Although about four months lapsed from going on market to sale, and was somewhat of a "roller coaster ride," it worked out perfectly. Lisa kept her finger on the pulse and got us through. She was also helpful in assisting our neighbor in attending to security of home and our three cats when we had a requirement to leave the area for several days.
