Lisa is a very experienced realtor. We had a few issues with my property sale. The buyer had a pre-approval letter for the loan amount from their lender. Unfortunately, I found out that not all lenders do all the research they should before issuing these pre-approval letters. So 3 days before we were originally scheduled to close the buyer's loan was declined. Lisa was amazing. She jumped right into action. Lisa contacted an established lender for the buyer to save this sale. The buyer was able to get the loan with the new lender using a co-signer. While the sale was delayed because of the original lender, the sale was salvaged by Lisa and we closed without having to re-list my home. So, If you are looking for a realtor who can make things happen, the choice is clear. It should be Lisa. I was glad she was mine.
