Lisa was very helpful and patient in assisting us with evaluating a very unique mountaintop property. She graciously transported us in her 4-wheel drive truck up a 1.5-mile private rough dirt road to the cabin. It was not accessible by car. Lisa made several trips with us over a couple of months to help us evaluate the magnitude of repair work required to get the cabin back in shape. Her experience and negotiating skills helped us acquire the cabin and 13 acres at 78% of the original asking price. The savings left us the funds required to initiate needed repairs. Lisa Aird helped me sell my house in University Heights. She was familiar with the Flagstaff area. She was knowledgeable of the University Heights neighborhood and had information on the homes currently listed for sale. As we did a walk-through on her first visit, she quickly saw the positive and negative aspects of my house. Her first visit was three hours. Since I was not comfortable with electronic signatures, she brought all of the paperwork with her. She answered all of our questions and explained the paperwork clearly. On future visits she continued to bring me the paperwork to sign and avoided any uncomfortable situations. One very rainy day there was an important document to be signed. She did not ask to come a different date; she drove in the rain to have me sign it. She was smiling the whole time. She was always friendly and professional.
