I've used Liron now for the purchase of two homes. In both transactions Liron has been an excellent realtor and negotiator. In my first purchase, we opted for a 30 day closing to get us to stand out in the crowded COVID real estate market. This required very prompt resolution of multiple outstanding issues that cropped up during the contract period. For example, although the sellers had agreed to fix things, their repairs were unsatisfactory and Liron managed to walk the tight rope of getting the sellers to fix things properly without ruffling any feathers. In the second purchase years later, Liron was able to get the sellers to agree to quite favorable terms for us as buyers - a 90 day closing, long inspection period, etc. She put us in touch with an excellent home inspector and specialists to assess the condition of the house. We ended up closing on the home, confident that we made a well-informed decision. Having used Liron for two transactions now, I'm sticking with her whenever we buy or sell a home.
