I cannot say enough good things about Lionel Nunez! He helped me look for a home over the course of 10 months, ending with the purchase of a condo that I love. During this time, Lionel's company sent me regular listings using the criteria I set up with them. Lionel kept in touch and went out of his way to help answer questions about any properties I was interested in. He was very available and flexible about talking by phone or meeting to show me properties. During our interactions, I always felt that he acted as my advocate and that he had my best interests in mind. He is not a "hard sell" person, but rather someone who is attuned to the needs of the customer, and always works with that in mind. We did the whole search remotely, which added challenges, but Lionel made it work, getting very good at doing doing Facetime home tours. Lionel is a person of integrity, a really hard worker, and I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a home.
