Lionel Thomas was a great real estate agent. He was very informative, knowledgeable about current market and location, and very quick to respond to questions. He was very helpful as I was selling my property from out of country. Lionel took care of every detail, communicated well between me, buyer, and escrow company. He organized appointments for inspections, photo staging, and document signings. He was very helpful and friendly. He kept me up to date on similar sales in my location and made sure we stayed competitive. He was very professional with organizing Open Houses. He negotiated well and completed escrow after one weekend of Open Houses and a 45 day escrow. I appreciated his honesty and made selling my house very easy.
