It was a pleasant experience from day one. She was motivated to sell the property- asap! Her enthusiasm gave me enthusiasm that we would be able to sell the property soon. And of course, we did! I would also like to point out her honesty. If she didn't know the something she would tell you that right away, but also she would promise to find out the answer.
