Linette was extremely helpful throughout the entire sale of our house. Even when she was out of town for a family emergency she still communicated with us daily or made sure someone was only a call/text away. She was knowledgeable about the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure we got the sale done. She very quickly learned who we were as sellers and worked perfectly with us. She had a plethora of available resources to help get the sale done quickly (a painter, a contractor, etc.). She really does go above and beyond to make sure she’s communicating with other agents, taking in feedback and adjusting as needed. She even answered questions for us about our new build in a different state! It was an absolute pleasure working with her. She made such an anxious time FUN!

Linnette helped us navigate finding a home that we could afford and still meet all of the VA standards. She worked tirelessly to wade through our many homes we found interesting with all the info she had access to. Always willing to make a phone call to verify listings so we didn't waste our time and change our search parameters as we made our way through the ever so complicated current housing market. She went to bat for us when paperwork wasnt completed and ensured that our house was completely ready for us to move in for our growing family. I'm sure there are plenty of good realtors in the area, but if you're not using Linnette you are 1000% missing out!
