Lindy was a delight to work with, both selling our home and finding the perfect new home for us. I am going to break this review into two sections: Selling our home and buying our new home. SELLING OUR HOME During the listing and buying process Lindy was extremely responsive and always seemed to have our best interest in mind, which was a breath of fresh air. Prior to listing our home for sale Lindy provided fantastic feedback on how we should stage the house for pictures and showing, which I feel was a major factor in driving traffic to our house and helping it sell so quickly. Once under contract, Lindy really went to bat for us on the negotiations with the new owner following the home inspection and repair addendum, as well as providing very reputable contractors to help complete the agreed upon repairs. BUYING OUR NEW HOME Lindy has extensive knowledge of the area we wanted to move to and quickly arranged for multiple showings on the same day to make it more convenient for us with a newborn in tow. After we had decided on a home, Lindy provided valuable recommendations for our Offer and the conditions of the offer. I believe that if it were not for her insight we would not have closed on our wonderful new house. I would highly recommend Lindy to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home in the area.
