We ran into Lindy when we were still in the process of deciding between renting and buying, and happened to view one of her rental homes. When we decided to move towards buying, Lindy was extremely attentive to our needs as first-time home buyers and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She provided invaluable advice when going through all of our options and also has several contacts in mortgage lending, home insurance, home inspection, and the City of Richmond (among others) that she was able to refer us to. We feel very lucky to have found Lindy at the stage we did in our process. She was very pleasant to work with, and still continues to answer our questions and assist us in areas of home ownership that we are unfamiliar with even after the closing process. I would recommend her to everyone looking to buy a new home, and especially first time home buyers.
