Edie and I were looking for a new home in Central Florida, but we lived in Central Illinois. She was there in our court guiding us and directing us all the way. I had the pleasure of working with Lindsey under what some would consider a harder task to accoplish than most. With in a few days time I made a decision to sell the house I was in after finding a beautiful piece of property. In which was a contingent sale on the property provided my at the time home sold. She was tennative helpful and honest! She made reccomendations for repairs needed to help sell, as well as actions needed to be taken to obtain the property safely without any unforeseen obsticals! Her work ethics are as if she is buying ir selling for herself. In my oppinion makes a buyer or seller that much more comfortable in the process.
