Purchasing an investment property isn’t alway easy but with Lindsey as my realtor made the process a lot smoother. She did a great job with sourcing / locating investor friendly properties and then got the deal closed. This particular property was bank owned purchased through an auction company so there were many people involved but Lindsey was great pushing through the process keeping all parties moving forward.
