Very good job at selling condo.
I chose Lindsey because I wanted someone who was experienced with AMI. Currently, it is a soft condo market on AMI, and I know Lindsey worked very hard, open houses, etc. To get as many people as possible to look at the condo. Lindsey represented both myself as well as the buyer. This created some inherent conflict of interest, because she represented both me and the people who bought the place, but she was very professional and diligent.
