Lindsey Knulty

We were nervous selling a house for the first time. Lindsey made things so much easier in our opinion. There was no task too great for her. From helping prep the house for the open house to the actual open house, Lindsey hand walked us through. The photographer she hired to take pics was so awesome, I didn't even recognize our house. It actually made me want to buy it lol. The open houses were super successful; her explanation of the offers were fantastic; her patience & understanding with our inexperience made it easier to deal with especially with the road blocks we ran into with the two different buyers (none of which were Lindsey's fault). Every chance I have to recommend her I try to... She's got a great team she works with!!! Thank you Lindsey (and Mark)!!!

After a year or so of talking to Lindsay about selling my house, she was really positive and patient through out this whole time, finally the right time came and she was able to sell it in no time for the perfect price at this market. Thank you Linsey for your time and patience you are the best!
