My wife and I meet Lindsey when we were getting one of our rental properties ready to sell, she was redoing the house across the street and though she was not our agent she came over and looked at our project, gave some insight as to how to do some of the items we had not decided to do yet. Gave us an honest opinion and when she told us what we could get for ours we decided then to let her sell it, she did and in one day full asking price. We just closed on the 2nd house that we listed with her and following her advise on colors, upgrades and repairs we sold that house at over asking price in what would have been one day but we decided to do an open house and look at offers after that. We are listing the rest of our rentals with her as they become empty as well as our sons house that we are getting ready for him.
