Lindsey was on top of everything. We had some challenges, and she had answers for every challenge we had. It took a few months to find someone to give us a clear title, but she kept me in the loop at every step. She knew it was inevitable for it to sale, and she was lining up buyer's while we were waiting. We signed an agreement on Saturday and on Monday she let me know we had an offer and by Tuesday she had 8 offers. We signed an agreement on Tuesday and closed 7 weeks later only because we ran into some other issues. I would recommend her for any real estate sell you have. She is a pleasure to work with and is professional in every way.

Lindsey was referred to me by a friend. I found her to be enthusiastic and eager to accommodate your needs. Communication is very important to me and once that was established she kept me up to date. There was an issue that I had with filling out forms and I made a costly mistake; I should have had her assist me in filling out the forms and had we done so..the costly mistake could have been avoided. Now with my experience with her, I know what to do with Realtors.

Lindsay Kent is not your ordinary realtor. She knows the older established areas as well as new build areas. Importantly, she has an eagle eye for seeing the complex work that would need to be done to an older home, as well as construction quality for a new build home. If a buyer needs a roofer estimate, landscaping estimate or any advice, she knows who to call and gets the necessary experts there quickly. Her communication skills and timeliness of that communication are second to none. Lindsay Kent knows all of the ins and outs of contracts. She will be by her client’s side 100 percent. She is really upbeat, easy going but will work continuously until the right home is found!

Lindsey was amazing! She met all of my demands, even in this crazy market! Stayed in contact and was always looking for options to look at. Didn’t let me get discouraged when picking was slim. She was super knowledgeable and taught me a lot while looking for my first home. Best agent you can find. Lindsey always looks out for her clients and is will to do what it takes to get a deal done. She has a great disposition and knows houses. She see things most people miss on walk through.
