Lindsey was highly recommended to me by a dear friend of mine, from day one she was fantastic with building rapport to understand what it was I was looking for. To be honest I had no idea what my house could sell for… she provided detailed stats based on the location, developments around the area, school zones, proximity to Fayetteville and Wake county. I appreciated how she was able to communicate with me about the market value. This was my first time selling and had no clue what to do or how much to sell my previous house for…she remained professional and made herself available to answer all of my questions, she always provided me enough time notice for a walk through, and coordinated a stellar photographer to take pictures of the house (after I saw the pictures, I didn’t want to sell). I will/have recommended Lindsey to everyone I know that’s trying to sell/buy a home.

Lindsey goes above and beyond to get your house listed and sold. She has sold several houses for me and she has gone out of here way to do more than just what is neccesary. I am very happy with how motivated she is and she is very proactive. 10/10
