She was always responsive quickly, she made sure things were done properly and if there were any issues, she resolved them in lieu of bringing us in and making us worry. She was also there every step to calm me down if I worried or felt unsure of anything. She also explained things if I didn't understand. She also works for a cause that is very important, Homes for Heroes. She is giving and she makes sure she is definitely in your corner and you aren't having to stress over the process.
