Lindsey was, literally, the best realtor we could have hoped for. She was extremely patient as my wife and I had competing priorities. She went out of her way to get us in to see houses, even when she knew it wasn’t the right house for us. She saved us several times, by recommending things we didn’t think about, warning us of things to look out for, and adding addendums in our offer that we weren’t even aware of. Our experience with Lindsey was nothing short of exceptional, her communication and organization was top notch!! We didn’t have to wait for any documents and she was pressing the other agents and lenders to get her what she needed. She traveled far beyond her area of normal service to look at the homes we were interested in and stayed dedicated until we found the home for us. We were in Michigan trying to buy in Florida so she was our eyes and she knows a few things about homes and knows what to look for. I trusted her and she did not let us down. She was a very invested agent and I will use her again if I buy another home in Florida.

Hire Lindsey Immediately!!! She negotiated strong and saved us big money off asking price! She even renegotiated after the inspection to make sure all safety/maintenance concerns were completed! She communicated with us daily and lined everything up with the title company, insurance company, utilities, and our lender to make sure we closed ON TIME and were set up to move in immediately. This was our 3rd home purchased and the BEST experience we've had. Special shout out to Riley Nyhus for her help as well!
