Our house was on the market during COVID-19 and she make us feel so at ease with her open house with appointments only. She had over 30 appointments in one weekend and we received over 12 offers. She was the only one that believed that we could sell our home at the asking price we wanted AND brought back-up listings to prove that we could. Lindsey was all in from the start. We needed to sell our house fast. Paying two mortgages at once was very difficult. We needed to remodel most of the rooms and Lindsey was involved in that too. Lindsey was the realtor we needed to get our first home. After speaking with several realtors at open houses, Lindsey was the first to deliver what she promised. She was always easy to get a hold of and accessible at any time of day, including when she was on an out-of-state vacation. She is, also, patient and wonderful with kids as we had to bring our daughter with us to many house viewings and meeting.
