Lindsey is very knowledgeable about the market, listens, provides insight and guides buyers throughout the process. She continued to provide excellent service after our home purchase in 2011. About 10 months after our purchase, we had a plumbing issue. The home warranty company referred a plumber and the the problem seemed to be fixed. Turns out the plumber knocked off a pipe fitting and raw sewage was pouring under the house for a month. We had to hire a hazardous materials service to remove the nastiness. What's this have to do with Lindsey? She saw the trucks in our driveway and called me to see if she could help. The warranty company said they merely refer contractors and the contractors are responsible for warranty of their work. Of course, the contractor would not take responsibility so we were stuck. Until Lindsey got involved and forced the home warranty company to participate in the cost. Lindsey did not have to spend her time on this. There was no new business on the horizon. Yet she did and we greatly appreciate her level of dedication. You'll be in good hands with Lindsey!
