Lindsay was amazing when it came to preparing our home for sale. She told us what we needed to fix or change, without breaking the bank. She concentrated on the smaller issues that would make a big difference, which was a big deal on our older house. She marketed and advertised our house well, and we had a contract the first day, who later became our buyer. Negotiations were easy and quick. She had everything prepared for closing day and it was super easy and fast. We would definitely use her again for our real estate needs. Highly recommend.

Lindsay was amazing! She is highly knowledgeable about all things real estate and great at explaining things to those who are not. Very professional, but also genuine and caring about us and our journey. We had a unique situation at closing day, and she did not give up, stayed after hours, and did everything in her power to get us to closing, including taking on a surprise fee herself, out of her earnings. She was unbelievably thorough throughout the buying process, did not send us stuff out of our given price range, and was highly available. Anytime we wanted to look at a property, she made it happen asap. She also has contractors in her pocket that can come and give you ideas about property issues, which was very helpful! She is very responsive on text, email, and phone. You will be able to tell that she loves her job. We will definitely contact her the next time we are moving. Highly recommend!

Lindsey is literally one of the most knowledgeable people I've met in my life. Everybody is really particular when buying one of the biggest investments in life and she understands that and works with you every step of the way.
