I lived out of state, 2 hours from the property; Lindsey went above and beyond to visit the property, giving feedback on needed repairs prior to listing. She helped with providing cleaning services as well as a landscaper to do a final yard clean up. All the while being very responsive and knowledgeable on the process. I cannot imagine a more difficult set of circumstances that Lindsey was able to assist us with and guide us through. We were purchasing a house in MA from Indiana during the Covid pandemic, and with two young kids we were absolutely unable to come visit the MA area for any of our purchasing process. During the search for our house, Lindsey was remarkably responsive, immediately responding to our late night or weekend emails, and being able to answer all of our questions or promptly reaching out to seller agents to get any information we needed. As if her help during our home search process wasn't incredible, Linsey truly shone once we had issues with the purchasers for our home we were selling in Indiana. Our buyers ran into some snags on their end and were needing more time to get their loan settled, and Lindsey went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected, coordinating with our selling agent, our buyer's loan representative, and our own purchasing lawyer to make sure everything came together as smoothly as possible with our final purchase and closing. My wife and I could not possibly have hoped for a better agent, and we could not recommend Lindsey highly enough.
