When I had made the decision to sell my property, I had spoken with another realtor, but I did not feel quite at ease with this person. Upon talking to Lindsey, I felt completely at ease and I knew she would do a phenomenal job knowing this property to me was very personal. This was my family property growing up, but I know it was time to have less responsibilities. From going over all the documents needed to start the process to always checking in on how I was doing and open houses to show the property, she was always in communication with me every step of the way. Lindsey makes the whole process a very personal experience and is so helpful in getting your home and property ready for showings. She is very knowledgeable in the market trends which can vary so much depending on the area that you are selling or buying. Lindsey was there to reassure me in the process that we were indeed moving forward and she would not rest until this property was sold. I had already purchased my new home and so time was of the essence so to speak. I honestly can't find enough words to describe having Lindsey as my realtor. She is phenomenal at her job. This is my second time working with Lindsey Eaton, and she made both expirences the best. She is very knowledgeable about the current housing market and with the slow and fast times to sell or buy a house. I would definitely work with her again if I were ever to buy another house in the future.
