My wife and I were in search of our first home in sunny FL. We had retained a realtor within the first month or relocating to FL. Within a month, we were aware this realtor was not meeting our needs. She helped us get our house ready for sale, answered the million questions that we had and got us the best return possible on our home. We moved out of town but will be recommending her to all of our friends for finding or selling a home.

Lindsey worked for the builder when we bought our home. When we went to sell it, Lindsey was the first agent we called to sell. We did talk to one other agent but we chose Lindsey and are glad we did. She knows the local market very well. In spite of the strange times of COVID, she was able to come up with a reasonable asking price and was open to our suggestions about how to price it when we went live. Lindsey is a total professional in her dealings with us as clients and in dealing with other agents and potential buyers. Because we have a couple of dogs, we didn't want to do an open house. She offered and worked with us to only schedule appointments so we could continue a fairly normal life while taking the dogs out when there was a showing. Lindsey was there for each and every showing. With the way she helped us stage our house and the professional photos including with the listing showings only took place two days and we had multiple offers, the lowest offer being at asking price. You can't ask for more than that! Lindsey was outstanding at communicating with us throughout the selling process. She worked with us to quickly get the house on the market but in spite of the short time frame we pushed for, the house was totally ready when the listing hit. She let us know in plenty of time when potential buyers were coming through the house walked us through the offers and made suggestions for counter offers. She was there at our closing and has kept in touch with us since as we transitioned out of state. We can't say enough about what a fantastic job she did!
