As my parents processed the idea of selling their first home ever, it was an easy decision, after meeting Lindsey, that she would be the perfect realtor for this adventure. From the first meeting through the closing, Lindsey was professional - and relatable, educational - and understandable, and respectful - and empathetic (it isn't easy to say good-bye to a home after 40+ years of building a life together in it.) There were challenges along the way that she took the time to explain the process instead of just handling it all herself. My parents felt 100% trust that Lindsey was honestly looking out for their best interest and not just for another sale. She was patient with some technology challenges my parents faced that comes with their generation and was always willing to do what was needed to make it easiest for my parents, and that was greatly appreciated. They felt genuinely cared for. Lindsey was also very upfront with my parents about their house and market value at the time. It was evident she knew the market and what it would take to make the sale. She didn't waste time with my parents, but she didn't rush them through any parts of the process. I will look for Lindsey Chrostowski in the future of my home selling and purchasing needs!
Lindsey, along with her husband, Kyle, were so great to work with. They would work in my very limited time window to view houses and advise what could and couldn't be done in the house in a reasonable cost. If I was interested in a house, they were very quick in letting me know and gave advice on how much to offer in the fast and hot housing market. I found a place and love it.
