After working with her for a very short time she had a great understanding of what was actually important to me in home, neighborhood and builder. We an all get buried in Zillow notifications, and when I tossed her some suggestions she was astute enough to know why it wasn't going to be a good fit. The first couple of times that I insisted on seeing something - she met me there and printed off all the relevant facts of the property including builder etc and she was right and I was wrong and shouldn't have wasted our time! That is what you want in Realtor someone who hears and takes note of what you want and what you don't want and advises you thoughtfully and with expert knowledge and advice. You also want someone tolerant of the wild goose chases you may desire and she is also fantastic at that. She knows the property, the area, the builders, taxes, CDD and if there is something she needs to know she does the research to find out for you. Not pushy in any way, just a pleasant person to work with and be around!

Lindsey is amazing, we were house shopping from out state and she was thorough and honest when on video with the homes we saw. She is down to earth and not trying to “sell” you anything, but to be there as a guide as to what WE wanted, which was refreshing. I’d give her 11 stars if I could!! This is our 5th move/ home purchase so we are familiar with what our realtor’s role is. The person we were using before Lindsey was very impatient, young, green and unavailable most of the time…. although, he told us he had been selling for almost 3 yrs (lol)! I will tell you it was a blessing in disguise. Lindsey had us covered and really did look out for our best interests even in this low inventory, very high % rate market. We looked at homes that needed flood insurance, we looked at homes that required additional fees due to CDD’s. We looked at a new build with mold in one of the rooms, homes too close to the waterline/ ponds, homes people did bad DIY, etc.. Lindsey has a background in home rehabs and has a great eye for things that tend to be red flags. She was honest and upfront every step of the way which made it easy for us to trust her judgment. What I appreciated most is she always did her homework and had numbers ready for us at each house we viewed. We love her positive attitude and she wasn’t trying to push us in to a purchase. We highly recommend her a thousand times over. You get professionalism, experience and she knows the area well. We will only be using her for our family and friend’s future purchases.

Lindsey made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Lindsey was professional and personal!
