I highly, highly recommend working with Lindsey to be your realtor during your buying journey. I was incredibly lucky to get connected with Lindsey through Zillow. Here are just a few notable qualities I’ve noticed while working with her: Professional: Lindsey never tried to sell me on something I wouldn’t like. All of her communications were written professionally. She met all deadlines. She was organized with all the paperwork. Plus, when it came to negotiations and closing the deal, her tenacity and professionalism played a huge role in making the deal happen at the price I wanted. Responsive: When I’d email, call, or text Lindsey, she was always speedy with her responses, even during off-hours. There were times that I’d send her 5+ listings, and she’d respond immediately with “I’m on it.” Before I knew it, I’d check my phone and see Lindsey had booked back-to-back appointments for all 5+ listings for the next day. Detail-Oriented: When we first met, we chatted about what I was looking for in a condo. We set certain criteria (location, # of beds/baths, type of floor plan, year built, high ceilings, natural light, etc.). Any time she’d send me listings, they always met the criteria we had discussed. There were times that I sent her some listings for her opinion, and she responded by reminding me that one or more of the listings didn’t meet my criteria and wanted to double-check before making an appointment to view those condos in person, which I really appreciated. Patient: It took me 10+ months and 50+ in-person showings to find the perfect place. Lindsey was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She never showed any signs of frustration and it showed that she truly cared about helping me find the right condo. I am beyond grateful that I was able to work with Lindsey. We hit the jackpot when we met Lindsey through a request for a Zillow house tour. We were originally planning to work with another realtor, but after the first meeting, we decided without hesitation that we only wanted to work with her. Lindsey was exactly what you'd want in a realtor - she's honest, responsive, knowledgeable, capable and so fun to be around. She never rushed or pushed, even when we pitched the idea of changing our search entirely after several tours (did I mention patient?). She totally understood what we were looking for and never stopped working to help us find it. We ultimately found our dream condo because she was quick to the draw and got us in before others. She was on top of it every step of the closing process (which feels crazy complicated for a layperson) and it was so relieving to know that we were in good hands. Simply put, Lindsey is the best and we couldn't be happier or more thankful for such a positive experience.

She was so personable and I felt like she really made an effort to understand not only what I wanted in a condo, but also to understand how best to help me through the process. She was always available and responded to my neurotic emails and texts days, nights, and weekends. She was also great about staying on deadlines and making sure to follow up to ensure I received all of my documents with plenty of time to review and respond. She was a great manager of all of the different parties involved for me- interfacing with my escrow officer, the seller's agent, and my bank- to really help take a lot of the stress off my plate. She helped me to avoid calamity on more than one occasion. I cannot say enough about how great Lindsey is and how much she saved my sanity throughout this entire process.
